We care about you

Flexible working hours

We work 37.5 hours a week and are flexible on what time you start and finish, for example: 8:00am to 4:30pm 8:30am to 5pm 9:30am to 6pm with an hour break for lunch.

Your holidays

24 days plus Public Holidays per annum (rising by 1 day per year for each full year of service, to a maximum of 29 days) that includes 1 day for your birthday and 3 days over Christmas and New Year.

Feeling hungry?

All of the food and drinks at Cloudhouse are FREE. The building we are located in has a canteen that provides fresh coffee, smoothies, breakfast and a wide variety of hot & cold lunches. We operate an unlimited free tab for all our employees.

How about a bit of R&R?

We sometimes feel the need for downtime, so we have a separate breakout area with the latest games and consoles to unwind. Not really a gamer? We can change that - our full VR setup (HTC VIVE) is always ready to take you on an adventure that’s hard to forget.

Training and free time

We believe learning something new with your teammates is way more powerful than learning it individually. We currently dedicate Wednesday afternoons to team learning as well as regularly attending boot camps, training courses, hackathons and conferences.
